Having been in the nail and beauty industry for many years, I took a short break and have now decided to relaunch myself back into the trade.

 

Previously having worked in the UK for myself and having my own salon abroad, teaching and assessing and writing beauty and nail courses for colleges, I was thinking of  salon based premises, but have decided to have a lovely home-based salon instead, you will still get the full professionalism and confidentiality and this will not impact your treatments at all .. only enhance them.  I have a large drive so there is ample parking.

 

This is an exciting time... Beauty has always been a great passion of mine and the second great passion has been helping others... so what better way than to combine the two!

 

Confidentiality along with professionalism but not forgetting the personal touch is something I do pride myself on.  Each and everyone one of us have different needs, be it the shape of your brow to the length of your nails, you can be assured that I will listen and together we can try to achieve each and every goal.

 

Many salons it can be a case of get you in get you out!... I like to get to know my clients, a full consultation on all treatments is always taken and written after-care is always given to ensure you get the best treatment possible.  You are always given the opportunity to ask questions too.

 

So with working at home to start with I am only concentrating on nail treatments, but you can be assured that there will be a long list of new and exciting treatments coming your way to try once I have secured premises.

Terms and Conditions:

 

It is not the intent of iBeauty Bristol to be unreasonable, but to be available for you, the client.  I understand that schedules change, but missed appointments impact my business greatly as any other.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

All treatments have an allotted time, this is exclusive to you; therefore if you fail to attend your appointment, “No-Shows” are charged the full price of the scheduled treatment.

 

I  ask that you call J Rowe's Beauty and Nails Bristol at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel/change your appointment, to avoid being charged. 

 

Notice within 24 hours all cancellations will be subject to 50% charge (this does not apply to less than 4 hours notice, this is classed as a "No Show").  

 

If more that one treatment is booked on the day and you the client chooses to use only one of those treatments upon arrival you will be charged full price for the cancelled service. 

 

Late Arrivals:  Treatments may have to be amended to suit time availability at the original treatment cost. 

 

Failure to attend:  Two appointments; all future appointments will be cancelled and further treatments will be charged in advance.

 

Please note: That it is not the responsibility of the iBeauty Bristol to call you to remind you of a treatment that YOU have made. 

 

No credit is given on any treatments or products.

 

Children:

 

Please make arrangements for you children PRIOR to your appointment as the this is not a suitable area for children to be left unattended.

 

For Your Comfort and Safety:

 

I  request that you disclose any medical condition and / or prescription medications you are taking as some treatments me be contra-indicated.

 

Because I am concerned about your health and beauty as well as our environment, the iBeauty Bristol is a smoke-free zone.

 

In keeping with my commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, I  sterilize and sanitize equipment for all treatments and services.

 

Please keep all valuables with you during you appointment (s).  I regret that I can not be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles.

I recommend that you schedule your next appointment  prior to leaving to ensure you get the time that best suits you.
